Kelly Giraud is a compassionate, efficient and thorough sales agent who is also the Coordinator of the Community Development program at the University of New Hampshire. She holds a doctorate in Resource Economics, specializing in Land

Economics. During the school year, she teaches Community Development, Forestry Economics, Finance & Appraisal, and Real Estate.
